Perry Thomas Sineveck age 66, of Cambridge, OH passed away Saturday, December 8, 2018 at the Astoria Place Skilled Nursing & Rehab in Cambridge, OH. He was born October 10, 1952 in Garden City, MI a son of the late Nick and Lillian Seipenko Sineveck. Cremation will be observed with no additional services held at this time.
